After the much-talked-about teaser, the full-length trailer of Taali starring Sushmita Sen is out. The series, which is based on true events, revolves around transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant who fought for gender equality.The trailer gives us the protagonist’s backstory, offering a glimpse of their childhood. We find out that Sushmita Sen’s Gauri, a transgender activist, was born as Ganesh, a young boy who dreams of becoming a mother. We then see the many challenges Shreegauri Sawant goes through during the gender transition.
